Terms of Service

1. The Service

Rebeti is a software tool that monitors prediction-market venues (such as Polymarket and Kalshi) and places trades — in paper (simulated) or live mode — according to rules and parameters you configure. Rebeti is a research and automation tool, not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on Rebeti — including strategy presets, backtest results, statistics, AI-generated estimates, or any other output — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All output is automated, statistical, and provided for informational purposes only.

Backtested and paper-trading results are hypothetical, are not a guarantee of future performance, and may not reflect live market conditions such as liquidity, slippage, fees, or latency.

3. Assumption of Risk

Trading event contracts involves substantial risk of loss, including loss of your entire stake. You are solely responsible for every strategy you create, every parameter you set, and every trade the Service places on your behalf — whether in paper or live mode.

You acknowledge that automated systems can malfunction, that market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect, and that orders may fill at prices different from those intended. You accept all such risks.

4. Your Account and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any venue API credentials you connect. Live trading credentials are stored encrypted and used solely to place and manage the orders your strategies direct.

You represent that you are authorized to trade on each venue you connect, that you comply with that venue's terms and applicable law (including geographic and eligibility restrictions), and that you are of legal age to trade in your jurisdiction.

5. Live Trading Authorization

When you enable live mode for a strategy, you expressly authorize Rebeti to place, amend, and cancel orders on your behalf on the connected venue, using your stored credentials, without further confirmation — including while you are offline.

You can revoke this authorization at any time by disabling live mode, halting the strategy, using the kill switch, or disconnecting the venue. Risk controls (exposure caps, daily loss limits, kill switches) are best-effort safeguards, not guarantees.

6. Availability and No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that scheduled scans will run at exact intervals; that data from third-party venues will be accurate; or that any order will be placed, filled, or settled as expected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebeti and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, missed fills, duplicate fills, venue errors, or downtime — however caused — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months preceding the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebeti and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your strategies, your connected venue accounts, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, use the Service to violate any venue's rules, or scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, at our discretion.

10. Changes and Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections concerning risk, warranty, liability, and indemnification survive termination.
